1.Supplies needed at Child/Daycare.

  • Parent(s) is recommended to bring over the following item daily / weekly.
  • All item need to be named accordingly.



2 Months – 1 Year:


  • Toiletries
  • 7 pieces of diapers and 4 pairs of clothes
  • Towel
  • Bouncer
  • Milk supplies
  • Food if required
  • Laundry bag (Dirty clothes to be given to parents daily)
  • Baby wrapper
  • Socks
  • Blanket
  • Pillow
  • Mattress
 

2 Years – 4 Years

  • Toothbrush & small cup
  • Toiletries
  • 5 pieces of diapers and 4 pairs of clothes
  • Towel
  • Washcloth
  • Milk supplies
  • Laundry bag (Dirty clothes to be given to parents daily)
 
      5 Years – 12 Years
  • Toiletries
  • 2 pairs of clothes
  • Towel (to provide daily)
  • Laundry bag (Dirty clothes to be given to parents daily)
  • Blanket, Pillow, Mattress
2. Arrival and Departures 

  • Children are to arrive clean ie bathed or with a clean diaper / brushed teeth. We will ensure it is the same when we release the child.
  • Please make your goodbye brief (BUT do not leave without saying goodbye), the longer you prolonged the harder it gets for both parents and especially for your child.
  • Only parent(s) or the designated person is allowed to pick up your child.
  • If there is any changes, please inform the teachers / principals in advance indicating the person's name and the relationship to your child. Otherwise, we shall not release your child due to safety purposes.



3. Things to avoid

  • Do not bring or wear any valuable item.
  • Our centre shall not take any responsibility for any loss or damage towards those item.
  • Do not bring toys from home or any hazardous item.
  • Parents are not allowed to be around in the centre during operation time to avoid any disruption to children
  • The building is a non-smoking area.
  • No spitting in the centre.
  • Non-Halal food is strictly prohibited in the centre.

4. Contagious Illness

  • Children who confirmed to have the following sickness are strictly not allowed to be in the centre. Parents to ensure they are free from the sickness or otherwise an appropriate letter from a doctor is required before they can resume to the centre activities.

  • Mumps (Beguk)
  • Chicken Pox (Cacar Air)
  • Measles (Campak)
  • Conjunctivitis (Sakit Mata)
  • Rotavirus
  • Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFM)
  • Head Lice (Kutu)
  • Any contagious illness that is not listed.

  • However, children who have a mild fever, flu and so on are also not advisable to be in the centre.
  • Please advice the teachers accordingly if they need to be in the center in that condition.
5. Open Door Policy

  • Parents are allowed to come and go at anytime to the centre to visit except at 12.00pm to 05.00pm. This is to ensure the children's routine schedule is not being interrupted.
  • Please call the management accordingly for any urgent matters.

6. Fees & Payment Policy

  • Contact the management to check on the fee structure. It is subject to changed annually with prior notice.
  • Payment is due on the first business day of the month.
  • It shall be made even though the child attendance is not full. The fees are not based on attendance.
  • Management has a full right to dismiss your child if no payment are made without any notice.
  • Strongly advice that payment is only made to the designated bank account online. If needed to pay cash, please only made to the principal. Do not leave cash into your child communication book / bag and so on.

7. Late Pickup Policy

  • Overtime fee is to be imposed if your child is picked up after 7.00pm.
  • Payment shall be made on that day itself direct to the teacher on duty.
  • Do inform the management earlier if you are going to be late.

8. Communication

  • Each child is to be given a communication book. Parents are advice to make use of this book to communicate any needs/concerns/ medication intake or etc to the teachers.
  • Teachers shall do the same to post any notes to the parents to ensure parents are well informed on their child.
  •  A good interaction between parent and us will ensure we achieved a quality nurturing.

9. Meals & Snacks

  • Our centre is providing daily meals and snacks to the children based on the planned menu.
  • However, it is subject to change without any prior notice.
  • Do inform us and stated clearly in the registration form if your child is allergic to any kind of F&B.

10. Daily schedule & Activities

  • The schedule & plan activities are all planned and reviewed by the principals accordingly.
  • The annual schedule / daily timetable are to be briefed to parents upon enrolling your child to our centre.
  • Do inform us and stated clearly in the registration form if your child is having any special conditions.
